Welcome! 

 

I am Mrs. Hudiburg and I am excited to be to be part of the Veterans Elementary Fifth Grade team.  Most of all, I am thrilled to be on this journey with you!  

 

This is my 22nd year of teaching, and my 20th year teaching in the district.  I have taught 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade.  My goal is to educate hearts, inspire minds, and help students learn to navigate the world of 5th grade more effectively.

 

Fifth grade is an academically challenging year.  Independence, responsibility, and opportunity for academic and social growth are key.  It is going to be a fun year full of new experiences and lots of learning!  

 

I am excited about the year ahead and I hope that you are too.
