Welcome Eagles!  It is an absolute privilege to serve as the Dean at Veterans Elementary School.  As I begin my fifteenth year in education, seventh within the Norris School District, I am thrilled to take on the role as Dean again this year.  Being a member of this incredible community in any capacity, is truly an honor!

Albert Einstein once said, “Learning is an experience.  Everything else is just information.” At Veterans Elementary we not only believe this, we live it!  Learning is for everyone and at its very best, it will last forever. I am proud to share with you that our motivated staff has made it their ultimate goal to create lifelong learners through their experiences here. All moments that are inspired by your student!

With our intentions set for ensuring every student receives nothing short of a meaningful school experience, we want to remind our community that this is not a job for a single person.  In fact, we have faith and belief in the power of teamwork and aim to partner with you every step of the way. Always know, we are genuinely committed to your student’s educational journey and whole-heartedly invested in one another.  As Helen Keller’s words explains so well, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
