Dear Parents ~

  You are now able to access your child’s grades online.  This is a great opportunity for you to monitor your student’s progress and address any issues that your child may be having.  I try to grade papers as soon as possible and have the grades updated by Monday of each week.  I’m extremely excited about this tool as it is another line of communication between parent, student, and teacher to help your child be successful.  If you notice multiple missing assignments or low grades please feel free to contact me so we can find strategies to help your child.  
To access parent portal you will need a username and password. The username is your student’s school ID number (AR number: the student knows the number) and the password is their first name with a capital for the first letter.

To access the site:
1.    Go to the Veterans website homepage. 

2.    At this site, click on the Parents link on the top of the screen.
3.    Click on the  Parent Portal Link.
4.    Finally, enter your child’s username and password
